Domestic Shipping

We offer standard ground shipping on all orders within the United States via Fedex, which takes up to 5 business days to arrive to you.

Through Fedex, we offer 2-day shipping available for $29 and overnight shipping available for $39. For overnight shipping, please note that orders placed after 4pm (PST) will not be accepted by Fedex.

All orders take up to 3 business days to be processed, fulfilled and ship once they are placed. However, our team works extra hard to ship orders the same day, if placed before noon (PST).

DELFI COLLECTIVE is not responsible for ANY shipments lost in transit.

Please note orders are only processed & shipped during business days.

International Shipping

International orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via Fedex Priority International shipping for a flat rate of $49.

International orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States. We accept returns for store credit, exchange or refund on all full price items within 14 days of the time of delivery.

Returns must be in an unworn condition with all tags attached. For return requests, please email hello@delficollective.com & our customer service team will get back to you promptly.

A $12 USD restock fee plus $3 USD per unit will be deducted from the refund amount.
All restocking fees are waived for the exchange + store credit option.

Merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

All International purchases are FINAL SALE.

Promotional items and all items purchased using a discount code qualifying 40% off or more are FINAL SALE.

All FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have issued your refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show up on your card.
